1 Punnet Strawberries sliced
1 Punnet Blueberries
1 Punnet Blackberries
1 Small Lemon (Zest & Juiced)
1 Cup Caster sugar
1 Cup Self raising gluten free flour
1 Cup Milk
1 TBS Caster sugar
Half a stick of melted butter
Combine sliced strawberries, blueberries & blackberries in a bowl, add 1 TBS caster sugar, lemon zest & lemon juice. Stir. Pour into a lightly greased pie dish.
Combine S/R flour, milk & sugar in a bowl until smooth.
Pour over the berries.
Pour melted butter over the batter & place in preheated oven on 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Enjoy while still warm with vanilla ice-cream, custard or double cream.
